As Beauty Sleeps under the Surgeons Needle
Discussions on whether cosmetic surgery is safe and advisable have been the topic of many debates, researches and controversies for decades now. Even so, more and more people undergo plastic or cosmetic surgeries every year.

Cosmetic surgeries may include breast augmentation and reduction, liposuction and tummy tuck, cheek and chin implants, and surgeries of the ears, eyelids and nose. Cosmetic surgeries are sometimes mistaken for reconstructive surgeries. Cosmetic surgeries are done in the intent of improving one’s appearance. People undergo such surgeries for multiple reasons ranging from self-esteem issues to the alteration of parts of the body that may pose noticeable problems to a person such as noses that are oddly-shaped or chins that are too small. Most people also decide getting cosmetic surgeries to defy showing signs of aging. Reconstructive surgeries on the other hand are done in order to “reconstruct” body parts that are damaged due to traumatic situations such as an accident.
Cosmetic surgeries, some may fear, can be expensive in additional to the physical pain and uneasiness one may experience after the effects of the anesthesia is gone. Yet every year, experts find new and inexpensive procedures of cosmetic surgeries to give their clients the look they deserve.
